Fettuccine Boscaiola - sliced duck with mushrooms, garlic, olive oil, fresh tomatoes and vino rosso

Fettuccine Con Pollo - chicken and roasted garlic with mushrooms in a pesto cream sauce

Papperdelle Con Vitello - veal and mushrooms with roasted red peppers in a creamy white wine parmigiana sauce

Lobster & Crab Ravioli - stuffed with spinach, garlic, onions, in a saffron tomato cream sauce

Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli - in Gio’s tomato sauce and basil

Vitello or Pollo Parmigiana - breaded provimi veal or chicken breast with mozzarella and tomato sauce

 Sicilian Griglia di Pollo - Chicken breast grilled with red peppers, mushrooms, roasted garlic, in a sugo cremosa and vino bianco
