antipasto – Italian cold cuts, assorted cheese, Green Nocellara olives, Giardiniera

Gio’s salad – baby spinach with feta cheese, slivered almonds, cranberries in a lemon cranberry vinaigrette

Or

Caesar salad – romaine with gio’s Caesar dressing

Or

Risotto – split pea, parmigiana and vino bianco

Or

Lumache  italiano – escargot with mushrooms in a parmigiana cream sauce

primavera – penne mixed with portobello’s, broccoli, kalamata olives, sundried tomatoes in a basil rose sauce

or

Boscaiola – fusilli with mushrooms simmered in garlic, tomatoes, olive oil, basil and Italian mild sausage

Or

Alfredo con pollo – penne with sliced chicken in a pesto alfredo sauce and scallions
